Cleaning Built for the Highest Standard

Commercial janitorial for healthcare, schools and offices across Southern California and Phoenix.

From 1695 Spruce St, Riverside

Eight services. One standard of clean.

An octopus does its work with eight arms run from one brain. Every OctoClean service runs the same way: one support desk, one set of inspection checklists, trained franchise crews in the building.

Centralized Support. Local Execution.

Cleaning Is a System. Not a Commodity.

Most janitorial companies sell “cleaning.” We solve facility management problems.

The OctoClean system was built to take four problems off a facility manager’s desk:

  • Inconsistent service across locations
  • Compliance gaps in regulated environments
  • Poor communication and slow response
  • Specialty services handled by unqualified crews

24

hours to resolve an issue

Calls and emails are documented as service tickets. After-hours phones are monitored.

A custom email group for every facility

Your building has its own address. Everyone who needs to see a request sees it, and day porters are coordinated with the support team through the workday.

Inspected, not assumed

Dedicated quality assurance with OrangeQC inspection checklists. The training room wall at headquarters says it plainly: expect to train, inspect what you expect.

Bonded, insured, badged

Franchise owners carry general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial motor vehicle liability and a janitorial bond of $25,000. Crews wear photo ID, lock up and set the alarm. Background checks on request.

An owner on every account, not a rotating manager.

Each local operation is owned by a franchise owner who is personally invested in your building and backed by corporate support, training and quality control. More than 60 franchises across Southern California and Arizona work this way.

We train our competitors.

We share our curriculum because we believe a rising tide raises all boats. 200+ companies register for weekly coaching, our training videos have reached 30,000 subscribers, and every floor care specialist in the system passes floor care training before touching a floor.

Healthcare training is overseen by Greg Stowe, a CHESP-certified EVS director.
