Family owned since 1991, with more than 60 franchises
A Business System. Not Just a Cleaning Job.
OctoClean franchise owners clean healthcare facilities, schools and offices across Southern California and Arizona. The sales, the customer care, the billing and the inspections are handled by the corporate team in Riverside. What is left for you is the part that matters most: running the local operation well.
Who carries which part
Corporate does. You own.
Corporate does
Sales support
Sales support comes from the corporate team, so there is no cold calling or door-to-door selling.
The local operation
Your crew, your schedule, your buildings. You own how the work gets done on site.
Corporate does
Customer care
Calls and emails become documented tickets, and after-hours phones are monitored.
Service quality
You are personally invested in every facility you clean, because the account carries your name.
Corporate does
Billing and administration
OctoClean bills the customer. You receive a franchise statement.
Direct accountability
One owner answers for the building, not a rotating manager with high turnover behind them.
Corporate does
Operations and quality assurance
Inspection checklists run through OrangeQC, and dedicated quality assurance follows up.
A system behind you
Corporate systems support you, so a problem in a building reaches people who can help.
Corporate does
Training
Franchise training and OctoClean University, so you learn the standard before you clean to it.
Your market
Southern California or Arizona, where you live and where your accounts are.
Why the model works locally
Centralized support. Local execution.
Large cleaning companies rotate managers through buildings and accountability thins out. A franchise owner lives and works in the market, and the customer knows exactly who to call.
Every franchise owner carries the required insurance and bonding, because the customer should never have to wonder who is covered.
What every owner is required to carry
- General liability insurance
- Workers compensation insurance
- Commercial motor vehicle liability insurance
- A janitorial bond of $25,000
- Photo-ID badges
- Background checks on request
All franchise owners are required to buy general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, commercial motor vehicle liability insurance and a janitorial bond of $25,000. If an accident occurs, the coverage is already in place.
Where franchises operate
Two regions, one standard
- Southern California
- The Inland Empire and San Diego County, run from the Riverside headquarters at 1695 Spruce St #100.
- Arizona
- Maricopa County and the Phoenix Metro area, with a small OctoClean office in Scottsdale.
Inspections run on OrangeQC checklists in both regions, and the system behind them is the same. Read more about how OctoClean works.
