Questions we hear before the first walkthrough
Most of what facility managers ask us comes down to three things: how fast service starts, who answers when something goes wrong, and what protects the building. Those answers are below. Anything missing, call and a person will pick up.
Customer onboarding typically takes about 2 weeks from the time your contract is signed. Once onboarding is complete, your local franchise owner starts service.
Someone from our team walks the building with you, looks at the floor types, the traffic and the rooms that need the most attention, and talks through what has gone wrong with past cleaning. That walkthrough sets the scope of service before anything starts. Pricing follows the walkthrough, not before it.
Accounts are billed on a monthly basis. OctoClean handles the billing, so you have one invoice and one office to call about it.
Every call and email to our customer support team is documented as a ticket. We work with your franchise owner to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Yes. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, but customers can reach us at any time through our emergency phone line or a custom email group we set up for each of your facilities. After-hours messages are monitored.
Every franchise owner is required to carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, commercial motor vehicle liability insurance and a janitorial bond of $25,000. If an accident occurs, we are prepared.
Franchise owners wear photo ID badges so you know who is in your building. If you require background checks, we get them done, and we supply other testing when it is required. Areas you do not want us to enter stay off limits, and before we leave for the night we lock your doors and set the alarm.
We serve Southern California, including the Inland Empire and San Diego County, and Arizona, including Maricopa County and the Phoenix metro. Our headquarters is at 1695 Spruce St, Riverside, with a small office in Scottsdale.
The room is safe to re-enter right away, but we recommend waiting about 10 minutes so the disinfectant can dry and stay on surfaces long enough to work. It can leave a light haze, which regular wipe-downs of touchpoints keep in check.
It depends on the floor type, its age and how much traffic the building sees. We list every floor type in your facility and its condition first, then build a program. Most facilities land on semi-annual or quarterly floor care, done after hours in visits of about 2 to 5 hours.
